Requested full rental exit clean - cleaning products left on benches and in/on cupboards, in and around poorly cleaned oven and throughout bathrooms. Carpets were not cleaned correctly - hair and dust not removed. Windows not cleaned correctly - tracks not cleared, steaks, cleaning products and sports not removed. Very poor communicators. Refused to complete a correction clean.
